I am working in research in field of data analysis, data integrity - no trust without a proof ;-) As a Albert Pride board member I m responsible for communication. I want to be active member of the group to help others in Albert regard to LGBTI+. I have a deep personal experience therefor I want to help and be the one that listen and help solving related issues - to achieve wellbeing as a part of Albert and/or beyond. 😉

Hi, I’m Monika. My role at Albert Pride is to plan events. Although I don’t have experience yet, I’m excited for the challenge. I’m thrilled to be part of Albert Pride and to collaborate with my awesome board members and colleagues throughout the company. For the past 19 years, I’ve been working at Albert Czech Republic in the supply chain department, specifically in the replenishment team. Our responsibility is to manage the flow of goods from suppliers to our 3 distribution centers and then to our stores. I can’t wait to meet all of you and have a great time together!

I joined the Albert Pride group because I want to show current and new employees that Albert is not prejudiced against people of a different orientation, gender, ethnicity, nationality or religion. V Albertu jsem s delšími (i kratšími) přestávkami více než 10 let, na různých pozicích, převážně v HR. Pro aktivní účast v zaměstnanecké skupině Albert Pride jsem se rozhodla pro to, že toto téma je mi osobně velmi blízké a těší mě, že budu moc participovat na aktivitách v oblasti rovnosti, inkluze a podpoře právě této komunity. Myšlenka „Albert pro všechny“ a založení této skupiny je pro mě dalším důkazem, že se Albert ubírá tím správným směrem a moc se těším na vše, co nám AP přinese.
