Hi dear colleagues! My name is Alena and since September 2021, I’m happy to be part of Delhaize. Currently I’m E2E Analyst. But I joined as a logistic trainee and was lucky to be part of our DC Ninove, where I met many interesting colleagues in logistics. Thanks to YAD I was also able to meet the colleagues from other departments, connections which help me daily in my job. That’s one of the reasons I joined YAD, to be able to reinforce connections between people from different departments, as well as provide a more informal setting to get to know each other and work on that team spirit. Hi ! I am Anne-Sophie. In October 2020 I had the chance to join the Lions’ familly as a Talent Mobility Partner within the Human Resources team. A year later, I became part of the Sourcing Team as a Sourcing Manager (Private Brand). What a career switch ! It’s the pinch of magic of Delhaize that brought me this great opportunity and offered me the chance to discover a new challenge ! Hi colleagues! I'm Wout and have been part of the logistics department as a Management Trainee since September 2021; a period when most worked from home or were hidden behind a mouth mask. Through colleagues, I heard about the existence of YAD; an association of enthusiastic colleagues with the aim of connecting employees within and across departments.
