Collegetour goes abroad! In this next session, that we will be co-hosting with our colleagues from Super Indo, we will talk to the CEO of our Indonesian brand. We are curious to hear how Super Indo is doing through this crisis and how Johan is leading the company through these challenging times towards growing the business.  

The Dutch CEO started his career as a management trainee at Ahold Delhaize in Zaandam where he worked in logistics for a while. He went back and forth from Indonesia to Europe a couple of times within Ahold before he left the company to work for Jumbo, DA and AS Watson. After a while he joined Ahold Delhaize again in 2018 as a CEO in Indonesia.  

What can we learn from his international path, his different management positions and what is it like to work in a new culture?
