We would like to invite you for our Lunch&Learn masterclass together with the Wellbeing Friends and Unloq about employee wellbeing and inclusive teams.

In this masterclass we will focus on the concept of psychological safety and how you can use this concept in your team. In the recent years, psychological safety got more and more attention as it proved to result in more productive teams, increased employee engagement, and improved employee wellbeing.

With our speakers, we will cover the following topics:
- Identification of micro aggressions and exclusive behaviors
- Tools & practices available to help resolve an unsafe / inclusive environment
- Inclusive best practices and behaviors
