TEDxCo Abbe Luersman and Nic Brassey
We had a great session with Abbe Luersman and Nic Brassey on April 3rd. During that first ever digital event, we quickly ran out of time and there were many questions still to be answered. That is why we decided to do another session with these two inspiring leaders!
How do Abbe and Nic think about the safety of our employees in this time of Crisis? What consequences do they foresee for our associates with the upcoming economic crisis? How do they cope with change management and what are the differences between the banners?
As CHRO Global and Europe & Indonesia, Abbe and Nic deal with these issues on a daily basis. In this session they will tell you more about it and answer all your questions. We will not only be focusing on the current situation that we are in personally and as a company, but we will also talk about the future.
TEDxCo, in other words: TEDx talks with the Executive Committee of Ahold Delhaize. The opportunity to start a conversation with the board, ask critical questions and let your voice be heard. The ExCo would like to hear from the young generation what is going on, what we think is important and how we see the future of this company. That is why we will have conversations with the board members throughout the year!
