Our next session is all about Digital and Customer, because digital is becoming increasingly important. We can better serve customers who enter into a digital "relationship" with us. We are more responsive to their wishes, which in turn makes them more loyal to our brands. We are already making great strides here with the apps of the various banners, but there is so much more possible. Arnoud van Daalen ensures that we at Albert Heijn are ready for the future.
