YOGA and BAMBOO breakfast
Hello Lions!
We hope you all had great holidays!
In order to get back on track and to start the day right, we want to invite you to our YOGA and BAMBOO Breakfast.
What? 1 hour YOGA (beginners) session by The Slow Glow, followed by a 30 minutes breakfast cooking session by BAMBOO.
When? Friday 11/9 from 8h-9h30
Where? Teams
What do you need?
- YOGA: a mat
- BAMBOO breakfast: please make sure you have the following ingredients for the *Indian Summer Bowl *. All can be found in Delhaize stores
- 100g porridge oats (havermout/ flocons d’avoine)
- 350g coconut milk
- 2 peaches
- 1 tablespoon coconut yoghurt Abbot Kinneys
- Water
BAMBOO will send to you a surprise package including BAMBOO GRANOLA – caramelised almonds and pecans and a coconut bowl (but also a BAMBOO tote bag and BAMBOO cookies) which you will need for your cooking ;)
